The next morning I woke to Matthew kissing my face. He said, “How are you feeling?” I said, “I feel great.” I hadn’t even moved all night and had a great nights sleep. He then said, “Want to rock the baby?” I gave him a big smile. That was the go ahead for him. I felt so great and when we got up I was feeling fabulous.
Matthew told Cindy what he wanted for meals expressing the importance that I meet 100 grams of protein every day. Cindy cooked the meals while Amy took care of my readings and journal. The two ladies cleaned our room and bathroom. Changing sheets, towels and vacuuming. This gave Matthew more time to work and more time with me. I felt really good all day until around 9 pm. I turn to Matthew and said, “I think I and going to throw up.” He scrambled with Amy to get me something quickly to throw up in. Amy brought a glass of water and a wet wash rag for when I was finished. After I was done Matthew said I don’t think you met your protein today. That looks like dinner. I said I thought morning sickness was supposed to be in the morning. Amy said it can happen anytime of the day and that it was different for everyone. After I sat for a few minutes I felt fine. Amy suggested milk and cookies for me before bed. Matthew thought that was a great idea if it didn’t bother my stomach. I had milk and cookies and they went down really well. I went to bed and had another good night but the next day around 8pm about two hours after dinner it happened again. So Amy brought me milk and cookies again. It seemed my morning sickness was every night sometime after 8pm. I hated it but it was quick and over. I then had milk and cookies before bed. This continued the next couple of days. So I planned on it.
