In our new room Matthew called Amy and said for her to come get me when they got settled in. He said he would not be going to lunch today but would meet up with us at dinner. He also said to me and Amy that if I came back to the room I had to come through Amy’s room because he needed privacy and didn’t want us going into the work room. If I needed him I should text him. Amy came and we went down stairs to the living room to watch tv and read. After lunch Amy, Cindy and I watched some tv, went to the gym, exercised and went into the hot tub. At dinner Matthew came and it was nice to see him. He said he was sorry he had to spend all day working and would try and always make it for dinner. After dinner he called someone and asked they bring an exercise bike to his work room. He said he was not getting enough exercise. He sat with me a few minutes talking and seeing how I was doing before going back to work. He said he would not be going to eat breakfast with me in the morning but might go to the gym with me in the afternoon. When I went back to our room I went through Amy’s room and Amy followed me. We could hear there were several men in the office talking. She was not suppose to leave me alone because she was in charge of my care. I got ready for bed and in bed I read for awhile. I was all prepared for throwing up sometime after 8. I started gagging but it was mostly heaving. Not much came up. Amy started noting when I threw up and how much. She said everything with me was a normal pregnancy. Some days she would do a pee test and prick my finger for an iron test. The doctor had me on these horse pills that at first were hard to swallow but, now I had found they went down well with my orange juice.
The next day after lunch Amy got a text from Matthew that he was coming down in an hour to go to the gym with me. In an hour he showed up and we went to the gym and the hot tub. It was nice. I was starting to miss him. He told me the next couple of days he didn’t think he could make it to breakfast, lunch or dinner but would do his best. I felt lucky because many husbands left home all day to go to work and many didn’t come back until late. On our way back to the living room he called someone and ordered a rowing machine. He told me he still wasn’t getting enough exercise. He left me with Amy and Cindy and was off again to his office.
At a little after four he woke me up kissing me on the forehead and lips. When I woke again he made wonderful passionate love to me. He then pulled me over so I was next to him with my head was on his chest. I fell back asleep. When I woke up he was not there and Amy was sitting in the chair watching me. I got up, got dressed and we when down stairs. I figured he was working and I needed to just take care of myself and the baby. This went on for a least two weeks. A couple times during the weeks Mathew’s mom came, took me swimming, went in the hot tub with me, had me try on clothes she had got for me, sat just talking to me and sometimes went in the hot tub with me. She said she really enjoyed spending time with me. I enjoyed it too. She was really nice and I really liked her. She said she couldn’t believe a really nice women like me had won her son’s heart. She said she is really hopping we will have more children. That she would be really happy to have lots of grandchildren.
One day when we went back to our rooms Matthew had this hand enter pad put on the doors and a person showed us how to use it. There was no more keys. Then when I went in my room and there was a camera in my room. I looked at it. I knew it went to Matthew’s phone. I smiled at it and then threw him a kiss.
After about two to three weeks Matthew woke me up, made love to me and then said, “I am so glad you love me”. He then said, “lets take a shower and then I want to show you some of what I have been working on.” So we took a shower. It was nice to be in the shower with him again. After we got dressed he took me too his work room. He showed me some diagrams and started explaining them. Matthew said, “We are going to put another fence outside our existing fence. This one will be taller, bobbed wire, cameras, motion detectors and be electric. If you come in the gate you will stop your vehicle on a platform that has fencing on all sides so you vehicle will be boxed in. The platform will check weight, check underneath with cameras, sniffers for chemicals and other things. It will have flood lights and night vision cameras for night time. You will have to get out and put your info into a monitor. I am going to take this old warehouse back in an area behind the pool and make it into a whole new security office. It’s a lot bigger than the one they have now. More cameras will be placed on the property inside and out. New locks on all doors. The area between the fences that run all the way around the property will be monitored by drones and a guard shack will be put on this hill because from there you can see miles around.” Matthew then said, “I am hiring four new security people hopefully with families and adding four more houses out behind the others that are across the pool from us. These will have two bedrooms. Larger than the ones we have now. What do you think? Do you know of any other changes that should be changed.” I said, “This great. Do you know how many feet or miles that are covered between the two fences if you measured it all the way around? Matthew replied, “No, it is quite a stretch. I can find out, why?” I said, “It would be nice if you put a jogging path, with stops that have different exercise and water stations. I have seen them in and around parks. Then if someone wanted to go running they would also not only have a nice place to do it but, would notice if anything was strange that the drones miss.” Matthew said, “That’s a great idea. Anything else?” I looked at the map and said, “Could you put Bollards maybe four that come up out of the ground in front of the platform and only go down if you pass to go through?” Is there anyway to move the new houses out here leaving a space to put a children’s park with equipment for them to play on? And is there anywhere to put a children’s pool?” Matthew moved the houses not leaving a square but turned so they were more in a circle leaving a large space in the center to put a children’s park. He then said, “I am not sure if I should put the kids pool by my mom’s house or over here by security. I will ask at my next meeting. I think the guys are going to want it by security with a fence around it. These are all great ideas. Thankyou.” I was standing next to him and he put his arm around my waist and hugged me. Matthew said, “I love so much. In a couple of days I have to go out of town for a week on business but, will try to come back as soon as possible. Will you be ok?” I said, “Yes, I will be fine. I will just miss you.” He stood up and we went back to our bedroom and he called Amy. He said, “If you think of anything else text me and we will talk.” He kissed me and went back to his work room.
He didn’t come to eat the next several days. All his meals were send to his office. There was all this buzzing among the help about the new plans. Some of them looked at me and I thought Matthew must have told them I wanted a children’s park. Then one night he came to dinner. He told me he was going to leave in a couple of hours on business and wanted to spend a little time with me. It was nice I had really been missing him. Back at the room he packed, but wasn’t wearing a suit. He had blue jeans, shirt and jacket. I had never seen him leave wearing blue jeans. He looked really great in them but then again he looked good in anything he wore. He gave Amy and Cindy instruction and also made sure they knew to keep the doors between the rooms open at all times. He had locked the office up and I would have to come in through Amy’s room. He kiss me good by and said to Amy, “Take good care of my wife and baby until I get back.” Amy and Cindy almost spoke at the same time saying he didn’t have to worry I was in good hands. We all thought he was worried because of what happened last time he left. He made sure they had all the phone numbers they needed and he left through Amy’s room and out her door.
