Mom woke me up around 5am. The baby was sleeping good and so was I. Mom said someone is here. Take the baby, the key and go to the safe room. I grabbed the key and hurried with his little bed to the room with the safe room. I shut the door and turned on the monitors. Some men were coming toward the house and Carlson was in front. It was military men like before. The baby was awake so I picked the baby up to rock him so he would not make any noises. All of a sudden I was sick. Really sick. My back was against the wall and I was sliding down the wall. I tried to stop it because I didn’t want to hit the floor too hard and up set the baby. When I got to the floor I thought I might pass out. I gently placed the baby on the floor with the blanket he was wrapped in. I was so sick I couldn’t move. I threw up green bile on my front. I just sat there because I couldn’t move. I heard men come into the room. I smelled Jeff. I thought Jeff is out there. I wondered why. Suddenly Jeff’s voice said, Angel this is Jeff please come out. I couldn’t move. Jeff didn’t hear any thing. Jeff asked if anyone knew the code for the door. No one did. Jeff said, Angel, it is ok you are safe come on out. I took my fist and hit the wall 2 times. Jeff said, is this the code. I could only whisper. I hit the wall again this time 4 times. Then I waited. I didn’t know if I was going to pass out before I finished. I then hit the wall 1 time. Then I tried to hit the wall again. But my hand would not move. Jeff was saying is there more. I hit the wall 2 times again. Jeff put in the numbers and the door opened. As the door was opening I was throwing up on myself again. I couldn’t move my head but I could open my mouth to throw up. Jeff look at me and the baby. He picked me up, out of the safe room and put me on the couch. He then went and gently picked up the baby. The baby was smiling at him. Jeff suddenly lost his heart. He took his index finger and rubbed the babies chin. The baby rapped his hand around Jeff’s finger. Inside his sole Jeff wished so badly that the baby was his. He went to the couch. He got down on one knee with the baby and said, Is this your baby?
I whispered, don’t let anyone hurt my baby. Jeff said, God he is beautiful. Don’t worry no one is going to hurt the baby or you. There were 7 or 8 military men standing around looking at me and whispering to each other. He told one of the guys to get him a wet wash rag out of the bathroom. Jeff took my hand and kissed it. He then said, If we had had a baby together it would be as beautiful as this one. The several military men were all talking about if I was the person who they were looking for. One had a picture and said that’s her. One gave Jeff the wet wash rag and he wiped my face. Just then Daniela came in with her two boys. She looked at me as I threw up on myself again and said, what the fuck did you do to her? Her two boys with there head held high were looking at the men like, boy are you in trouble. Jeff said these guys had to come back because they talked to the wrong person. She turned to her oldest boy and said, Run as fast as you can and get the doctor. She then said to the youngest run down stairs and bring Cindy to come get the baby. Off they went. Jeff turn to the guy in charge of the military group and said. Well here she is. As you can see she can’t jump or fight and has not been able to for a long time. Plus she is married to Matthew and this is his baby. Daniela listened to what Jeff was saying and wondered what he was talking about. She thought what does he mean by jump. The head guy took a picture of me white as a sheet and green bile running down my chin. Cindy showed with the youngest boy. She took the little bed out of the safe room. Then held out her hands to Jeff for the baby. Jeff said, He is so beautiful I hate to give him to you. Cindy looked at him and said, Matthew would have some thing to say about that. Jeff said, Yes I know he’s not mine. Matthew is the luckiest man in the world. He gently handed the baby to Cindy and she was off to Mom’s room. Just then the doctor came in. The doctor said to the boy get me a cold wet wash towel for her head. She said to me, what is wrong. I could barely open my eyes. I kept trying. I was only able to open them enough to see it was the doctor but I couldn’t talk. She took my blood pressure, listened to my heart, took my temperature and wiped the bile off my face. The doctor got up and took a blanket off the bed. She had Jeff hold it up in front of me so no one could see what she was doing. She turned me on my side and with gloves on, stuck a suppository up my butt. She turned me back on my back. She took the blanket from Jeff and covered me up. She told the guy in charge to have one of his men go to the clinic with the boy and bring back a stretcher. He picked some one and they followed the boy back to the clinic. The head guy said to the doctor asking what is wrong with her. The doctor said I don’t know. She then gave me a shot. I was so sick she could have done anything and I wouldn’t have cared. Jeff spoke up and said, when she was with me I took her to several doctors and even had doctors and nurses to the house but know one could figure out why she was sick. One doctor said maybe at a certain age jumpers loose the ability to jump but couldn’t explain why she would get sick like this. I put everything in my statement. Daniela heard that word again, jumper. She thought what could they be talking about? Could they mean jump out of a plane? I could hardly turn my head to the side and I threw up again. The head guy took another picture. The doctor then cleaned me up and gave me a shot. The guy returned with the stretcher. The doctor said to Jeff, you and this guy put her on the stretcher and lets move her to the clinic. I need to get her on an IV. With the doctor leading the way everyone went to the clinic. Carlson, Jeff, the head guy and the men all talked about what was going on. The head guy told Carlson they would not be back that this time they got what they needed. Jeff with tears in his eyes said to the doctor, please take care of her. I love her very much. The doctor said she would do the best she could and she hoped to find out what was wrong. Everyone left. I had quit throwing up and fell asleep. The doctor told Daniela that she could go home and she would call her when there was any news. The doctor called Mom and told her what was happened. She said, I stopped the throwing up. She hung some bags, because I was dehydrated, took some blood and that I was resting quietly. She said, she would call her with any news.
Everyone ate in the new dinning room for breakfast. Mom said to Daniela that she hated to tell Matthew what happened when he came back because he is going to be so spitting mad. Daniela agreed.
I woke up and was felling pretty good around noon. I had lunch and everything tasted great. The doctor said maybe I could go to dinner with everyone. The doctor called Mom and told her I was doing really well. Mom had Amy bring some clean clothes over for when I was able to go home. I asked the doctor if those military men came last night or was it a dream. She said it was no dream and some guy named Jeff didn’t want to leave because he was worried about you. I said that was my old boyfriend so please don’t tell Matthew it will just upset him. The doctor said you could be pregnant but will not know until the test come back. Do you want to take a pee test? I said, No and If I am, do not tell anyone, especially Matthew. I don’t want him to think he has to cancel all his plans to come back and take care of me. I said, Mom, the other ladies and you can help me. Matthew doesn’t need a clingy, helpless wife that he has to take care of. He needs to be able to concentrate on what he is doing so he doesn’t get killed. The doctor agreed. The doctor called Daniela at around 4pm and told her she could come and get me. I put on clean clothes and we went out to the pool. I didn’t feel up to swimming. I just wanted to hold the kids and be close to the them. I kept thinking about how Jeff was saying the baby was so beautiful. When I went to bed Mom said, to tell her if I got sick again. She said, the doctor doesn’t want you to become dehydrated again. I went to sleep and slept pretty good.
