No Stress Life

The next morning I woke up with my head on Matthew’s chest. Matthew was moving my hair out of my face to behind my ear. He saw I was awake and said, “Ready to get up.” I moved over a little and looked up at him saying, “Yes.” He said, “Ok, we are going to take a shower with no sex. I want to rock the my baby and in the shower I would be bouncing him. I don’t want anything stressful on the baby.” We took a shower together. Matthew washed my hair, body and then sent me out to dry off and get dressed. After getting dressed I went and sat on the couch and messed with the tv controller looking for something to watch. When Matthew came out he sat next to me and ordered breakfast. He then took my bag and started checking everything for the journal. Having this glucose monitor on all the time was strange, but I was getting used to it. After he finished all the readings he looked at me and said, “You didn’t meet your protein level yesterday.” He then call someone about breakfast. We sat on the couch and he was hugging me kissing on the forehead and generally fussing over me. He kept his arm around me like he never wanted to let me go.

They brought breakfast and I looked down at all the food. Two eggs, bacon, sausages, toast, oatmeal, large glass of milk and orange juice. You would have thought I was training for a marathon. I looked up at Matthew and said, “I cant eat all of this!” To which he replied, “Well eat what you can.” I ate the two eggs on toast and 3/4 of the milk. I was so stuffed. Matthew put my orange juice and oatmeal in the fridge. He then called someone else. When they came to get breakfast plates they brought an exercise bike. Matthew said, “He wanted it to ride before bed because after sitting at the work table so long he needed some exercise. He was sitting next to me when his phone rang. He got up and was talking on the way to the work table. He said, “So everything was satisfactory? OK, here is the number.” A few seconds later his phone rang like a bell, “ding.” He then said,” Yes, I received it. Thankyou. Call me anytime.” Hanging up his phone and putting it in his pocket he came and sat back down next to me.

We sat back on the couch, talked, watch tv and read. The next couple of day was very nice, with no stress, fun in the gym and dreamed of love making at night. Matthew didn’t do much at his table except talk to a few people on the phone. He didn’t want to be away from me even if it was just a few feet to the work table. This went on for three or four days. Then the hotel brought some suit cases. Matthew said to pack all my clothes because we were going to be gone for a while. I asked where we were going and he said, “My mothers place.”
